What is Strata Management?

Strata managers manage the common property of residential, commercial, industrial or mixed-use buildings. A strata managers may manage large portfolios of buildings from their office and administer requirements such as:

facilitating the Annual General Meeting with unit owners
organising insurance and dealing with insurance claims for the common property
dealing with maintenance and repairs to the common property
ensuring legal compliance
setting budgets, raising levies, and paying invoices

maintain membership with the relevant state institute for strata management and attend regular continuing professional development training sessions;

receive a monthly ACE newsletter and industry updates;
attend monthly ACE workshops as well as ACE conferences and study tours;
benefit from national marketing, publicity, website, and word-of-mouth.
