About Weblink

Weblink provides online access to your Strata Scheme records.All you need to do is register with us as a WEBlink client.

As a client of Ace Body Corporate Management, you can access your strata scheme records online from this website.
In addition you are able to access and, if necessary, make changes to your owner records as recorded on the strata roll.

You will have current financial status information on your account.
Financial data and some information fields cannot be changed.

Any other changes are subject to an audit process before inclusion on the strata roll. Where the changes exceed the acceptance parameters you may be contacted by our strata roll administrator for confirmation. You are also able to change your Password, and we recommend that you do this at the first login.

Executive committee and financial reports.

If you are an executive committee member of your strata scheme you have access to current financial reports for the scheme, click the 'View Financial Reports' link that will appear under the General tab and this will open the current statements of 'Financial Position', 'Financial Performance' and a 'Levy Positions Statement', these reports are updated frequently. The computer you are using will need to have Adobe Acrobat installed to access these PDF files. You can read them online, print them or download the report file for later use.

Select the Weblink tab from the menu on the left, and then select the 'Register" tab, or click here.

We suggest that you change the Password at your first login to a more convenient sequence of up to 6 characters or digits, or a combination of both.

How to access Weblink.

Select the Weblink tab from the menu on the left, and then select the 'Login" tab, or click here.
 This will open the WEBlink Owner Login page.
Key in your User Name (strata plan number) and Password to access your owner record. The tabs at the top of your personal page direct you to the various information pages available to you. Communications and levy payments.

When we have an email address registered on your owner file, this will shortly become the principal communication corridor for any reports, notices, minutes or other information transmitted to you from our office. You are already able to pay your levies from this website and where we identify you as a regular user of this service or the ‘pay by phone’ payment option, we will soon commence transmitting levy reminder notices by email. These email reminders will include a hyperlink to the website payment page and ‘pay by phone’ instructions.
